So I'm really excited about the organist this year! I'll be going down over July 4th so I'll make a few trips through for sure then...I've wanted one of those Scare Factory organs for years now so it will be nice to finally see one in person....I've always been curious how tall it is and whether it would fit in my building or not. I love the detail....I never thought a haunted house was complete until it had a pipe organ so I guess Trimper's is finally complete!!....LOL.....ZR

It looks awesome and fits perfectly. I think it resembles our dear old friend Frank because the organist sits on his bench similarly to how Frank sat in his chair. Does the sound effect turn on when the car enters the room? Is the sound startling, or subtle? Does it loop constantly? Can't wait to see video!

To finish the Organist scene, I think some stained glass window props could be hung on each wall surrounding him. Maybe the Haunted House could purchase a few candelabras and place them on each side of the prop to complete the look. And does anyone have a spare pew? This is the type of thing I envision...they look very nice! www.hauntedprops.com/product-p/c5.htmor THIS... www.halloweenfxprops.com/gothique-window/ I really think riders should be able to clearly see this great prop, but I'm not sure what lighting would work best. I guess a clear light would be best in bringing to life the color. The thing that bugs me the most is when riders have clear view of what is lighting a scene. It kind-of ruins the magic. What would add some drama and make his face look more evil and mysterious would be shining light from below, if that is possible. If we could bring in some type of low-cost "pew" or other bench prop to make his corner look more like a chapel, his lighting could easily hide behind it. Now about that Vampiress... I'm trying to figure out something to make out of her scene...to make her relevant for older riders. I'll admit, I used to be scared to death of her evil face, but not too many others are... When you enter that room, there is no more startle scare without the Lunging Zombie Man. I was thinking about continuing a chapel-type look over to her diorama by closing off her little box with plywood - except for an arched window to match the stained glass ones from around the Organist. So, she would be left in the darkness behind glass. To make something new out of her tired stay at the Haunted House, maybe they can move her sensor just a little closer to the exit doors. When the car passes right next to her window, I would be excited to see her existing strobe light flash on (in conjunction with a shot of compressed air). But this time around, the air would blow out at the coffin car instead of making her cape appear to "fly". Thus, this room would have a good scare just before you exit onto the balcony. So, instead of a slow, drawn-out, and non-frightening staring match between riders and the Vampire Lady, I think it wouldn't be hard at all to move her sensor to just before riders exist onto the Balcony. In addition to an air shot in riders' faces, the Vampiress' regular buzzer could still play - but at the same time her strobe light triggers, of course.

Sounds cool but I don't know using air cannons at head level is a good idea....Condensation can build up inside the unit and then blow the droplets at high pressure into people's faces/eyes.....I've been hit with condensated water out of stuff I have here at home and it stings.....I definitely wouldn't want it shot in my face.....I'll be leaving in a few days for OC.....Getting excited!!!....ZR
