I'm not sure if this topic was addressed before, but I thought I would ask since I see a lot of U-Tube videos of the HH. Isn't filming or taking pictures inside rides like this prohibited? I remember when I was younger, a lot of dark rides had signs warning against picture taking or filming. Does Trimper's allow it?

At Dorney Park's Haunt they don't allow guests to take pictures inside the haunts. There are currently four indoor haunt mazes, and three outdoor haunts. I tried taking a flash picture of one of the portraits (there's three of them) in Club Blood and when I came out one of the talent captains (who run the attraction) in the yellow haunt jacket warned me not to take pictures. The talent captains are allowed to take pictures inside, and post them on their facebooks. I now have an (unauthorized) picture of a portrait of a hatchet guy that I'm using in my Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 recreation of Dorney Park in a recreation of Club Blood using a billboard portrait to place the image on. There are billboards of different sizes in game some custom by various scenery creators that you can place images on in game. There are lots of custom scenery, rides that you can download. About the Club Blood portraits, I already have the other two portraits from facebook photos that I saved and used MS paint to cut around the portraits and copied and pasted them to new bmp documents, and used a photo editing program to make the portraits straight. The third portrait wasn't in any of the actors facebook photos. The talent captain from Club Blood was going to take pictures of the three portraits for me, but he never sent them and I got impatient, and last sun night I took a flash picture of the last portrait to the right of me, and I got caught for it and warned after coming outside. The talent captain then removed me from facebook and I apologized to him through facebook send a personal message. One of the female actors say I was weird and blocked me, too and told all the Club Blood actors to block me from facebook. Those Club Blood actors are weird.

I tried to take a POV video while I was on vaction in CA at Legoland of their New Darkride, Adventure's or something like that. As I opened my camera, and turned it on, I was suprised that the car stoped moving. I turned around, and was told to "put away the camera please." It was a very uneasy moment. Why in the frickn' Hell couldn't I film that god d**m frickn' ride?
They went as far as to stop the car to make me stop filming. WTF? It's not like anyone who sees it on youtube would use it as a diffrance maker as if they would visit or not visit their God d**m frickn' Park...

It could be just that the camera could fall onto the track and mess things up. I'm pretty sure that's why all of the Whacky Shacks had the dips raised into a straight balcony, or in Waldameer's case just a raised up dip. But you would have to be stupid to not hold onto the camera tightly. So, I don't really know.

[glow= red,2,300]I say if you want to take pics or record inside the Haunted House is to make sure that your camera has a wrist strap to put around your wrist so if u was to lose control of your camera the starp prevents it from falling on to the ground[/glow]

I think you can take videos inside. I did it once i rode the Haunted Mansion in Florida 2006, so i'd probably do the same for the Haunted House in Trimpers.

I once took my camera on Jimmy Neutron's nicktoon blast and tried to film the inside of it and i obviously got caught in the spongebob squarepants scene; that wasn't cool.
