So, who here was dull enough to find EPCOT interesting? Sure, the Orlando Parks are cool and all, but the original Disneyland in Anaheim is still better; better prices, longer rides; but yeah, I guess Magic Kingdom, since all the good stuff is in that park.

I like EPCOT, but its just not in my top 3. I love every Disney park. My favorite rides at EPCOT are Mission SPACE, Test Track, Maelstrom, Journey into your Imagination with Figment and the Finding Nemo ride.

First off, SOAR'N is just a rip-off from The Real Version in California; have they even installed an Orlando Video yet, or are they still being lazy? Splash Mountain, Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, and Big Thunder all own EPCOT so bad it isn't funny. Learning is okay, but this stuff is just down right boring, and the rides that are interesting take forever to get good.
EPCOT is a Fail:

EPCOT isn't fun; when you have a good amount of the park's patrons asking when can we leave; you have basically had your so called "amusement park" labeled a torture device...
EPCOT is okay, but it isn't worth your time unless you have time to spare...which if you do, should be spent hav'n a Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah-Good-Time on Splash Mountain. Not being bored to death by various sponsored expo's and legit cultural stereotyping...
Since when did Trolls become the symbol and major icon of Norway? And the effects in the Mexico river ride are horrible...they make even it's a small world look somewhat enjoyable...
The video above proves EPCOT was a fail in the mainstream's eye...TestTrack isn't all about speed anyway; it's about how cars are made; and Cars Land at Disneyland's California Adventure is gonna own TestTrack when it opens, since it will have a longer, better themed, and much more tolerable clone called Radiator Springs Racers; the best part is no learning or boring ass pre-shows involved...

maybe the reason you dont like Epcot is because you go to Disney for the classic SPlash Mountain, Haunted Mansion, and Pirates ride, that is fine because they are all good rides, but Epcot s worth the trip. Now ANimal Kingdon...... that was a waste of time

I enjoy EVERY Disney park. The main reason I go to Animal Kingdom is Expediton Everest and Dinoland U.S.A. DINOSAUR is a great ride.
And Mike You said about the Mexican ride's effects being terrible, some people may think the same about our beloved HH. It is all relative.

The Pirates of the Carribean was ruined thanks to those asinine films; the version at WDW sucks the big one anyway; it lacks a restaurant that all the others have; an it's drop is 2 feet; In fact, the only ride that is somewhat better then it's Anaheim counter part in Orlando is the Haunted Mansion. They have a few more effects, and they are well disguised...
And when your a Disney Attraction; your judged on a different standard then the HH...the mexico river ride was a fail; they had TV screens inside that were unconvincing as effects, and they were racist the whole way through; Sombreros, Tacos, and Salsa Music...
EPCOT is Disney's way of being racist; America's pavilion is a rip off of Hall of Presidents; Much like Expedition Everest is a rip off of the Matterhorn Bobsleds, with longer lines and a stupid back-story nobody gives a bat's a.s.s. about, because it's a roller coaster.
Universal is okay and all, but they just set up shop to compete with Disney; Of course, they have Harry Potter's Hogwarts Castle, which owns Cinderella's castle completely...
I pride myself on my ample knowledge & experience of amusement parks on the country-wide level; I have visited both resorts, and have been through what they have to offer.
I can say without any doubt, EPCOT has to be the most boring park I have ever been in. For those few interesting attractions, one is subjected to numerous god-awful pre-shows, and mind-numbing wait times; and then once you finally get on, the experience is less then what you thought it would be. It's funny; If you all were from the west coast, I'd bet none of you would be arguing my EPCOT sucks statement, as nobody over there cares about it.
Hollywood Studios is cool, but it's not a day's trip. They have Tower of Terror, Rock'n'Roller Coaster, and Star Tours. Unless you want to do the Muppet Vision 3D or Wait in line for the Toy Story Mania Ride, your not gonna need more then 4 hours tops.
Magic Kingdom is the place to be in Orlando. I can safely say it as I have experienced it all, and nothing in Orlando is better then taking a log down the 52 foot drop off Chickapin Hill; and touring the home of 999 Happy Haunts. Nobody really cares how cars are made; they just want to go fast. Nobody cares what NASA does in Space; they just want to be sent screaming through the cosmos inside a big whit cone...
The thing is, Walt had nothing to do with EPCOT's finalization, meaning it's probably not what he would have visioned as a perfect park. This is one time the Imagineers failed on a high level...
