Is it more likely that Bill Tracy mass-produced his stunts like the Sawmill, Knit Wit and Head Slinger—Or, is it more likely that he built these stunts on a individual basis for his customers?

My opinion would be that they were built as they were requested. One reason is because there seems to be minor differences in the same stunts, perhaps because they were made at much different times and different methods or ideas were applied. Also, space comes to mind. Some of them are massive, such as torture chamber and lady in the cellar. If work and storage area was an issue, that would be in the favor of the argument that they were produced one at a time as they were ordered by various amusement parks.
