The skull that sits on a speaker in the lobby (to the left of the entrance door) actually has a camera in it that feeds back to a monitor in the shop. This way, Scott can keep an eye on the operator and amount of customers in line without physically having to go outside. There is also anothe camera in the ticket booth. Both were installed last year.

I saw another one to the right of the entrance/exit doors up in the corner where the beam goes across.

Because cameras physically can't stop people from being stupid. When the mummy was damaged earlier this year, Billy saw him and physically escorted him out of the building until police arrived. Cameras, on the other hand, can't do that.
