Adding that lantern totally changes the stunt. I'm just flabbergasted! Sure, that lantern does look pretty, but it just doesn't fit in with the set.

I think it does, maybe it doesn't have the dirt and dust to match the scene, but it fits the authentic theme.

Wow, That picture actually surprises me at how small that scene really is more than anything...and, it's portable....I guess being in the dark does alot for the perspective....I always thought it was more permanently in place for some reason...I REALLY enjoy all the pictures like this by the way...Each picture is like a new experience behind the scenes....Like the one of the back of the clock...That made my day even though it confused me how it actually works...I know it's pneumatic but it's not set up the way I imagined it would work....A pic of the cylinder would help I think...Thanks again for the constant pics....The way my finances are (layed off) it feels like I'm never getting back to Trimper's ever again (6 hours away) so this is a great way of staying up with what's going on...I really hope I can make it back some year...It's been since 2004! Thanks again for the wonderful pics and info...The internet is one of the few things I can still afford so it's a nice get-away....Thanks again...ZR

Glad you enjoy the "behind the scenes" pics, Zombie. I literally have hundreds of these types of photos, so I will make more of an effort to use them in my updates!

I gotta say, just like Zombie, I was surprised how small it was. It looked like it wasn't the real thing. But it had to be, (I'm not the one to be able to confirm that it is the Last Drop) Anyway, how come the light in the front has another duplicate in the back? Does that one turn on too? I would know if my family could get me back down to OC once in a while...

Excellent!...This site has takin away a lot of mystery about the house with the history but it seems like you just keep digging new stuff up all the time on the information side...I appreciate your enthusiasm and constant investigating that brings us new treasure...Thanks for sharing...I look forward to more pics as always!....ZR
