Mr. Hippopotamus? Yes; You heard me; H-I-P-P-O in The Haunted House. My Camera got a bit of something that looked like a Hippo, (While flashing a picture of a dark corner occupied by something; which I hoped was Mr.Stubs; just out of the upside down room) but I originally just waved it off. But apoun further inspection on my Laptop, I realized it had to be a hippo! The next day, instead of searching for more images of Mr.Stubs, I snapped pics of the opposite corner. Take a look:

I have never heard any mentioning of this Hippo in the HH, but if anyone knows of it's origins, or how it ended up in the HH, I'd like to know. Not once have I heard about this guy. Why is he here, of all places in the ride?

The Hippo has been there for several years. I think I did an update about it over a year ago. I believe it came from Granville Trimper's miniature golf course that was once across the street. The golf course was demolished around 2004/5 to make way for the Freakout ride.

Yeah, I remember hearing about that hippo. Wasn't there other animals put into the ride?

so, are those stunts like the hippo, hanging spider, and all of them suppose to be easter eggs?

I just think they got the spider to decorate the place, the they put the hippo there because they had to put it somewhere.
