if i tell you to much about it, you will know what house it is.
well, it's not in Maryland, but t is in the East Coast. a whole family was murdered in it, and at the time it was a huge deal (sadly, that happens all the time now-a-days).

And thats a good price for such an overly-publicized dwelling; A Movie, a Book, A Remake, A Few Documentaries, Numerous other things; Sure, it's Haunted; but it's a famous place too. So to say, "I own/live in the Amityville House" would be more than a million dollars in value.
