Ummm.. this gave me chills. I'm IMPRESSED! AWESOME! FYI - The first room left-side wall is straight even though it looks like it isn't behind the Skull Banister.

Thanks. That's the fish netting on the Overhead view. The wall needs to be modified though to add the door exiting to hallway that leads to the side of the Pirates Cove Building. I really am pleased with the workshop and how it came out.

Thought I've made enough progress to show this new version off, in an still unfinished state. Just look at the attached image; huge improvement, right?Attachments:

I also have a Pre 1989 Facade ready; all I need is the layout for this one, and away we go! The Lobby isn't finished on this one, but the facade is; (missing the bat though, I'm still building him)Attachments:

Okay; I've made enough progress on the 2-story one to show you all; I've basically finished the lobby and facade; minus the doors, bat and a few finishing touches.
The lobby includes the count, and all 11 coffin cars fit perfectly. The panels are pretty spot on too; had to look at a lot of different photos to get each one. The ticket booth has an actual microphone in it that a I made from scratch; a detail I really didn't need to include. The doors will be added as their own component, as are the cars; so I can make them open on their own.
What do you think?Attachments:

The facade is complete! If you have Google Sketch Up, you can download the model here:
sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=5ac9533db79daf7658666dc3176d1658
Sketch Up is a free program, so if you don't have it, you can get it and explore the model! Otherwise, you'll have to settle for the 360 spin view you can get on the page above, once it's done rendering online (which should be very soon)
That bat, by the way, was a pain in the @$$ to build, and I know it doesn't look exact, but it's better than a flat bat. Let me know what you think of it.

Thanks man! I actually have a full collection growing now; the more stunts I create (following the dimensional specifications from the catalogs on the Bill Tracy Project) the closer I get to a point where I'll sit down and try and do the entire ride again. I don't want to slack any of it, so I'm doing each display on it's own. Then, I'll import all the components and place them in there proper places.

I'm planing on doing the Old Mill up next, and will add it, and any other to the collection once I'm done with them.

Finally got around to making an image of the set for those of you who haven't checked it out... maybe this will persuade you to do so...

I'd be more than happy to as long as I get partial credit.
