Hey I do understand that its hard to update news on a ride that you pretty much covered every nail and piece of wood with info. But I think it would be pretty cool and business worthy to start covering news on Ocean City itself, like stuff going on, on the strip, new construction, fires, condos, and other cool things along with Trimpers/and the HH. As I have been down to OC every year since I was born I can never find out much about development down there, say compared to Wildwood which has a lot of doo wop sites, ect.

Hello everyone,
I wasn't going to comment on this thread because I didn't want people to take what I have to say the wrong way, but I couldn't help myself. Brandon created the Haunted House site to share the wealth of knowledge that he has on Trimper's Rides and particularly Tracy's Haunted House and Pirates Cove. The excellence that is evident in his website is because of his passion for Trimper's and the works of the legendary Bill Tracy. I don't think he has any desire to cover topics such as local Ocean City general news and events, new construction, condos, etc. His heart is in the history of Trimper's and the immediate surrounding area, which he does cover. He covers in great detail the things that personally interest him and nothing more. If he tried covering general Ocean City news, I think his site would lose its focus, become more work than fun, and he would get burned out. Brandon has a full time job and a busy personal life, but he still finds time to spend working on the HH site and forum. In addition to his HH site, he spends a great deal of time working on The Bill Tracy Project with myself. Just the 40th Anniversary of Whacky Shack Feature that we released this past Halloween, which I consider a work of art that Brandon created, took hundreds of hours to complete. We spend countless hours on the phone with each other every week researching and documenting the life and works of Bill Tracy. We have also spent a lot of money locating and purchasing some of the things you see on the Tracy site. All of this we share with the other dark ride enthusiasts around the world through the web and have never asked for anything in return. Please don't ask more of Brandon, it takes an incredible amount of time and effort to keep all of this going and neither one of us make a dime for doing this. This particular section of the forum is provided as an outlet for other Ocean City news. Feel free to ask questions or discuss other topics related to Ocean City, but don't expect him to make updates on the HH site about these topics. Contributions and findings about general Ocean City life can be made by anyone in this forum and are welcome. If he does find something cool or noteworthy, I am sure he will make a point to share it. Please don't take me the wrong way, we are not looking for anything in return, I just think people sometimes get greedy and forget that this is a hobby for us and is worked on in our free time. Before these two sites were created, there was very little information out there about Tracy and his attractions. We are very proud of what we have created and plan on keeping this going for as long as we are breathing. Brandon is an incredibly gifted website designer and we should all feel very fortunate that he has created these two websites, I know I do!
Thank you, Wayne Founder The Bill Tracy Project

I think the way this site is being done right now is perfect. There are two other forums I visit relating to Ocean City and they seem to cover all of the general information. Unfortuantely, one of them is dealing with personal attacks and in fighting. I'd hate to see this website become watered down and too diverse. What Brandon has put together is just awesome for those of us who share a passion for Trimpers Rides and the Haunted House. I'm fine with things the way they are. Brandon, congratulations on your upcoming wedding. I too check at least once a day to see if anything is new. At times, I just sit and listen to the sound effects and wish I were there instead of sitting in front of a computer at work or at home.

Your website is truly amazing. You included an unbelievable amount of information and pictures, that it feels as though I already have gone there, even though I have never rode it once. I like your updates on the site as well as billtracy.net. And there has been very few days since I first joined in which I don't check for updates. Thank you!

Brandon: I frequently go to: www.oceancity.com/content/forumWhich is the OceanCity.COM Forum I also occasionally visit Trip Advisor for Ocean City, Maryland. Lately, the OceanCity.COM Forum has been plagued with little fights and spats. Most of that has calmed down for a while.

Congrats on the Wedding man.
Face it guys; There's only so much we can cover on the Haunted House; If nothing new is added, were going to have to start talking about things like the exact color of the paint, or if the UV Black Lights in the Haunted House could cause cancer...actually, they both sound like interesting topics to cover on the forums...
Anyhow, the site is awesome man, as well as your new Playland Official one. Good luck with your wedding. I guess the spring meeting might end up being held off potentially if your busy, but that's no matter. There's always another day.
