I know, I always see that at fairs. Here's even a video of people painting it. If Bill was here today, I think he'd be going to fairs setting these on fire! www.youtube.com/watch?v=thhQbzZ5TRg

There's really just floor obstacles in there, and looking back to my last fair visit I didn't remember seeing any little prop in there.

Yeah, if they could name it the Loony Shanty and change the front a bit, it would be nice.

It depends if Bill Tracy patented his whacky shack rides (im sure he didn't). I've never been inside one of these because I can't find them. Spookyrider do you know were these are? ( their not listed on dafe)

The portable rides are just at fairs. For example the one I went in was at the Watsburg Fair. I suppose you can only find them in certain areas. The one I went in looked like the first one Troy has up at the top. The walk through is this zig zag path, with spinning floor paths and sliders, and now and then a horn screeches at the far right of the ride. There was one at another fair, too, but I don't remember that one as much. And, in my opinion, it really isn't notable for any site!

::)Now look...It all comes down to that issue...and besides; they are portables. :PThey can't be rated alongside the HH or WS at Waldammer purely because they are a different entity all the same. Besides, they might be looked apoun as tribute to Tracy by the producer/artist/manufacture . In that sense, it's just a way of following a idol of the industry . Besides, you all want to take a whack at it with the "It's chessey" pun, but It's not supposed to be filled to the brim Crooked Chambers, Spinning tunnels, Tornado rooms, and other Tracy gags because as a trailer mounted walk-through in modern times, you are forced to follow a set of rules that was put in place after this tell-tale accident :
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haunted_castle_fire
(Please Read this, and look into it, as this event changed our fun-house industry, plus it's quite interesting, and there is a lot of info on it)
More the one or two trailers is now a no-no, and your not gonna fit pirate's cove in two trailers . Stop judging a tribute to Tracy's industry to Tracy's stationary labyrinths. It's just not the same. It's like judging a Carnival Cruise liner against a the cape may ferry. They are two different beings, even if they steam form the same family, they are too different to be judged back-to-back.

I always liked that funhouse when it came in a carnivale to my city.
