Whenever you goto OC, and you walk up to the HH and buy your ticket, and proceed to enter the car, what do you look forward to the most inside the ride? Or, is it the overall feeling of being in such a treasure like Trimper's HH?

I don't even think it's possible for me to put it all in words, that is, without wearing out the keyboard first! But I'd have to say that what I look forward to the most is the first day of being in OC after a long year apart from it. And that initial feeling I get when we head down to the end of the pier and park by the water tower. And then start the short walk to the boardwalk, whilst passing all of the odd souvenir shops and hole in the wall restaurants along the way, all the while taking in the various food smells, distant carnival noises, and warm, salty night breeze coming in from the nearby ocean. Then, as we enter the boardwalk from whatever side street we happen to walk up through, my head always eagerly points toward the direction of the HH. And I instinctively start for that direction, dragging everybody with me along and insisting on going there first and foremost. And while waiting eagerly for the buzzer to signal our car in, I always wonder what new surprises will be awaiting, and what old favorites will still be there to welcome me back. Then while inside, I probably resemble someone watching two tennis matches at once, as my head darts all around, eager to spot something new or different (but in a cool way of course, not dorky ;D). Then upon exiting, I think to myself, I can't wait to get a wristband to ride it 50 more times. That's it in a nutshell!

I think that the thing I look most forward to is being brought back to when I was little and SO SCARED of the Haunted House that my mom would have to literally drag me on it. And then after you know, the first maybe 5 times through, I finally fell in love with the place! And with every turn inside there now I think to myself "How awesome is it to be still riding through this like 20 years later?" It's just so cool to know that something you loved back then is still there to love now! And to look forward to going to every single summer! ;D
