As soon as I saw the front of this, I thought of the West View Park's Haunted House. But, knowing that he used his favorite facades many times, I left it be. But, however, once I saw the map, I was absolutely sure it was the West View Park ride. Wasn't there a bat on the West View front? It doesn't even show the bat on the sketch of it. Well, anyway, the maps are identical and the fronts are too. I almost forgot to mention the cars. Could it be the first layout he had for Trimper's was reused for the West View Park's ride? This could even be the thing for Westview Park. After all, there's no place in here saying it's from Trimper's.

Considering the catalog was from 1963, and Westview Park's HH opened in 1963, I think it's safe to say that the owners of Westview saw this catalog and jumped on the band wagon right away. You're right, the facades are very, very similar, as are the maps.
Remember, Trimper's Haunted House wasn't built until spring of 1964, a year after Westview. Granville might have received this catalog from Tracy to convince him to buy, but there are many differences between the catalog and Trimpers, most notably the ride layout (two stories vs one) and facade.
Nice observation!
