I wanted to point out some things/compare some things in The HH and Tracy stunts in general to Disneyland's original an still-in-operation Darkrides. I wouldn't be suprised if anyone here had no clue of this but The HH is younger then Disneyland. While the haunted mansion at disneyland is three years younger, it is still somthing cool to know that there are more ancient Dark Rides at Disneyland then The HH... ...Let's note that the HH, built in 1964, is younger then Disneyland's original Darkride Trio that dates back to July of 1955...They are:
- Peter Pan's Flight
- Mr.Toad's Wild Ride
- Snow White's Scary Adventures
I will try to find a decent video that suports my claim I want to point out...but...They Quite frankly, have less movment then the avarage Tracy stunt! No Joke!I was just wondering how "All-knowing, corprate obssesed, technology Obssesed, History Mutalating" Disney has yet to trash these relics themselfs...
...Hmmm...
Any thoughts or comments?

Wow, I can't believe those oldies are still operating! My only guess is they are still making money for some reason (probably tourists going on a nostalgic trip). Yeah your right, it does seem insane though that they are still up and running after all these years and advances in the dark ride world. Or maybe they're just so rich they can afford to leave them hanging around haha ;D

Here are some video examples:
Michael Jackson's Peter Pan's Flight:Mr.Toad (BTW, I think Mr.Toad is an awesome example of classic Darkride tricks used in a corprate ride. The falling barrels, the transition-themed crash-doors, and perhaps, the most realistic Train crash trick anywhere. It's worth a ride for all us Tracy trick fans, since it's one ocassion were disney actualy did it's precssors justice in a tribute, as opposed to all the tims they say they have that were pure lies. I really liked Mr.Toad, and thought it was a nice throw back. It isn't at disenyworld too, an what other disney-related stuff can you think of that includes a trip to Hell, complete with dayglow Devils?)...Yeah, they have more cash then the US gov...But they keep pouring money into Pirates of the Caribbean to destroy yet another classic ride' rep. by putting creepy johnny depp robots in it...and yet they leave the three originals alone...One thing though, they need to give little Michael :-XPeter a fast pass cause an hour+ just isn't worth it for a 30 second bore-fest... ;D
